A Mission Shaped by Christ’s Love

Our mission calls us to feed the hungry, clothe those in need, comfort the hurting, and share the Good News with the world. Service is not an optional activity—it is part of who we are as followers of Jesus and as a congregation rooted in Woodbridge since 1675.

Serving Our Community

Food Pantry

Our pantry serves more than 40 families each month with the help of dedicated volunteers. Donations of food and time help ensure that no neighbor goes hungry.

Children’s Clothes Closet

Volunteers sort, organize, and distribute donated clothing at affordable prices, with proceeds supporting community outreach. The Closet is open twice a month to the public.

Community Partnerships

We share our Fellowship Hall with AA, NA, and the Historical Association of Woodbridge at no charge, and we proudly charter both a boy and girl scout troop—strengthening the bonds of our community.

Mission & Justice

We believe that serving others includes addressing the deeper needs of justice, dignity, and compassion. Our mission efforts extend beyond Woodbridge to national and global partners.

Benevolence Committee

This team leads our mission giving and hands-on projects, supporting organizations such as World Vision, One Great Hour of Sharing, the Crop Walk, and the Presbyterian Mission Agency.

Social Justice Engagement

Our youth participate in programs like the Social Justice Camp at Johnsonburg, learning how faith calls us to advocate for fairness, compassion, and the dignity of all people.

In As Much Sunday

Each Advent we gather for a special service inspired by Matthew 25:40. We collect food for our pantry, celebrate with joyful music, and recommit ourselves to serving “the least of these.”

Ways You Can Serve

Whether you have an hour a month or a passion for ongoing ministry, there is a place for you to make a difference.

Take Your Next Step

Service is one of the most meaningful ways to grow in faith and build relationships. We invite you to join us as we seek to love our neighbors and reflect Christ’s compassion in all we do.
